DOSING
Cycle Length: 4-6 weeks. This is a bioregulator, and thus dosing is limited to 4 cycles per year maximum.
Dosing Times: Evening, within 3 hours of bedtime.
Onset Time: Unknown.
Additional Considerations: Does not require administration during a fasted state, as the intranasal administration bypasses the gastrointestinal tract.
Storage: Atomizer should be refrigerated after use.
Administration: Intranasal spray. Always split dose between both nostrils as much as possible. This is because it increases the mucosal surface area exposed to the solution, decreases runoff into the throat/loss from swallowing, and allows for more consistent absorption because nasal airflow, congestion, mucus, and the normal nasal cycle may make one nostril less effective than the other at any given time.
Dispense Rate: 100mcg per spray
Initial dose: 2 sprays (200mcg) taken once per day.
Maximum dose: 6 sprays (600mcg) taken once per day.
Take 2 sprays (200mcg) to start, and gradually increase to as much as 6 sprays (600mcg) per day, as tolerated.
