DOSING

Cycle Length: 12 weeks followed by 4-6 week washout period

Dosing Times: Morning to early evening is ideal. 1-3 doses per day.

Frequency: Daily.

Onset Time: Unknown.

Additional Considerations: Does not require administration during a fasted state, as the intranasal administration bypasses the gastrointestinal tract.

Storage: Atomizer should be refrigerated after use.

Administration: Intranasal spray. Always split dose between both nostrils as much as possible. This is because it increases the mucosal surface area exposed to the solution, decreases runoff into the throat/loss from swallowing, and allows for more consistent absorption because nasal airflow, congestion, mucus, and the normal nasal cycle may make one nostril less effective than the other at any given time.

Dispense Rate: 100mcg per spray

Standard Protocol

Take 6 sprays (600mcg) divided into 3 daily doses; this equals 2 sprays (200mcg) 3 times each day.

Low-Dose Protocol

Take 3 sprays (300mcg) once daily.
